6 bulan



6 bulan berlalu...sekejap je... kalu dulu blog ni rasmi sgt, hari ni aku nak gunakan untuk satu mende yg tidak rasmi..aci je kan? 6 bulan dah aku jadi cikgu sebenar, bukan lagi cikgu praktikal, bukan lagi cikgu tuisyen, bukan lagi cikgu ganti. ye, cikgu sebenar. realiti pekerjaan yang aku tempuhi dan rasai. Mcam skema je gaya penulisan aku. cis. pengalaman baru bersama 13 org lagi guru baru yang gila-gila. aku bersyukur dengan keselesaan bersama pihak pengurusan dan rakan yang lain. dapat jadi guru kelas, jadi guru kelas tu normal. tapi yang paling bes aku jadi guru kelas peralihan. aku gelarkan anak-anak aku sebagai anak tiri. nak tahu x kenapa? sbb aku aku akan selalu marah mereka, tapijauh dilubuk hati aku, sayang tu ada. marah sbb mereka nakal amat. nakal -nakal comey. Uwekkss. bes ke jadi cikgu ni, ntah aku xboleh jawab sbb aku masih dalam proses pembelajaran. satu je yang aku rase kepositfan yang wujud dalam hidup aku, aku marah, sedih, kecewa, sakit jiwa ke apa ke, balik rumah semua tuh hilang. alhamdulillah untuk part ni. Tapi bab malas, tak jumpa ubat lagi. hehe.

aku ni posting sekolah fokus tau. sekolah fokus tu mcm sekolah yang perlukan fokus yang khusus sebab pencapaian akademik dan disiplin di tahap yang membimbangkan. nak handle murid agak mencabar, tapi aku pegang satu perkataan je ' ADIL'. Allah itu maha Adil. Dia letakkan sesuatu ditempatnya. jadi aku simpulkan kat sini aku memang sesuai untuk sekolah ini. Mungkin bukan hari ini aku nampak hikmahnya... mungkin lepas2 ni... mungin dapat jodoh kt sini..opssss!! haha..

my stomach model

To complete the histology course for the second semester, my group like to create a stomach model. the model can shown clearly about the structure of stomach. Thank you to my lecture Dr. Haniza Md Zain and i am really enjoy create this model.

Reflection

My perception about engage, empower and enhance model is the best model to be practise in the teaching and learning process. One of the benefits from this model can elicit the students idea and develops their prior knowledge. Start from first point, engage can elicit the student idea and prior knowledge because the application given is closely related with the daily life activities. The used of data logging in the empower stage can help student to get the better and accurate result in their experiment. They no need to note the reading all the times during the experiment and easily refer to the table or graph. Besides, data logging can save their time. Then, enhance can improve the student understanding by apply some application about the topic. Throughout this model, their understanding can be used to solve the problem in their daily life.


However, any sofware or the applications can have some difficulties in implementing them. There are a few difficulties in implementing this model which is lacking the equipment in the data logging experiment. Some school mainly in rural area lacking in sensor tool and computer itself. Their student also failed to conduct the function of sensor and computer system. Others, the teacher like to used manual teaching instead of use this model. They prefer more for manual teaching because they are too comfortable with that and might think that the student unable to master the skill in this model.
For modelling and stimulation model, both models have unique characteristics in order to help student in learning process. In modelling, the student can adjust the variable given and see and analyse the effect of certain variable toward an experiments. Simulation give the clearly illustration about science concept mainly in topic that need higher imagination to understand. For example, the molecule of water can be iliustred by three dimension image. Using modelling mode will give opportunity for stident to use variety of sample instead of limited sample in manual method.


From my view, the difficulties in student learning is closely related with the lacking of teaching aids. The notes from the teacher is not enough to cover all the understanding. In that case, teaching aids can help student to be more focus on the lessons. Data logging, modeling and simulation can be an alternative method in teaching. Simulation and modeling composed of colourful diagram and animation that attract student most. The variation of colour of the diagram, the attractive animation can improve the student ability to remenber the note. We also can adjust the variable given and free to contral each variable.
In my opinion, there are some problem in integrating those three applications in the classroom. Firstly, the facilities of computer system is not adequate which played major function in run those three applications. The old classroom incompatible to set up the computer system there. Others, some teachers more prefer to used the traditional method of teaching compared to use data logging, simulation and modelling model. The teacher not familiar to use the technology in their teaching.


For my suggestion, we can solve the problem regarding this models by providing the complete computer facilities in every school. The teachers also have to be trained in using those models in the classroom. For the last, the student have to be more active and proactive in explore the data logging, simulation and modelling model.

Challenges in Integrating ICT in Learning and Teaching


Malaysia today, used the technology of ICT  in the process of teaching and learning in schools and make used of ICT as one of the component in educational systems. Unfortunately, there are many  issues that intercorparated with this ICT applications in the process of teaching and learning. The one of the issues that related in integrating ICT in teaching and learning in our Malaysian school is the teachers itself does not have enough skill and knowledge about the tools that they used in integrating ICT in teaching process and the some  students not interested in using ICT. So, the interesting way of teaching The teachers also failed to integrated the ICT in the cocuriculum.  In this cases, the teachers assume that the usage of ICT in teaching and learning process is wasting the time. This is because the process of set up the tools such as computer, LCD, projectors and others tool required a proper time to managed it. We cannot blamed the teachers, because the preparation for this tools is actually managed by technician but most school nowadays is not provided the technician. Some teachers also liked to used the old method or traditional approaches in teaching process and phobic in using the ICT application. In addition, integrating ICT in teaching and learning process have limited the role of teacher in classroom. The teachers be the coordinator that monitor the activities of students in class. The students not interested in using ICT in their learning process. This is due to the applications of ICT in their daily life is more related to the games, not to the educational process. The students not interested in the way of learning in using ICT because they found that using ICT is so complicated and make the lesson more difficult to understand. This situation happened because the teacher not have enough skill and ability  in teaching and the students that received the lesson cannot understand the topics when integrating the ICT in learning process.
The another  issues is about the facilities and equipment in order to integrating the ICT in teaching and learning process. some of the Malaysians school is not fully provided by the ICT equipments mainly in rural area. The lacking of the facilities in school limited the process of integrating the ICT among the students. The rural school do not have facilities and equipments due to the distances and management of the school that do not aware about this facilities. The example of facilities that not completed which is the schoolnet connection is always erratic, the computers labolatory  in not enough and the poor maintenences, the facilities for teachers which is PC or notebook is limited.  The lacking of the ICT component actually limited the process of teaching and learning. The limited facilities unable the teachers to apply the application in their teaching and consequently the students feel bored and cannot understand the fully lesson.
 Those issues have been research since the the process of integrating the ICT in teaching and learning process. this issues also being a tough challenges to the teachers, student and educational administer to achieved the objective and goal of integrating the ICT in teaching and learning process.
